Tina Marie Garcia, 55, of Des Moines, IA, went to heaven on August 31, 2020 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center. Tina was born on February 14, 1965 in Des Moines, Iowa. She is survived by her mother, Blanch Schnathorst of Pleasant Hill, husband Theodore (Rick) Garcia, of Des Moines, son, Richard (Emily) Garcia of Madrid, daughter, Heather (Jeremy Walters) Garcia, of Des Moines, son, Shawn (Amanda) Garcia, of Des Moines; grandchildren: Kaytelynn Garcia, of Des Moines, Ella Walters, Logan Garcia, Athena Garcia and James Garcia, all of Madrid, Adrian Glass of Pleasant Hill, brother Dusty Glass of Pleasant Hill, sister Kim (Jeff Madison) Glass of Madrid, Cindy Wood of Des Moines. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
