Tina Marie Allen passed away on May 7th 2022 at The University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa with family at her side. Celebration of Life to be announced at a later date. Tina was born April 20th 1956 in Mt. Ayr, Iowa to Weldon Bolinger and Rosalee Bolinger. Tina married Jerry Allen August 12th 1973 in Mt. Ayr, Iowa. They had three children, Michael John, Jennifer Sue, and Christopher Glenn. She enjoyed doing crafts, genealogy, camping and spending time with her grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents Rosalee and Weldon Bolinger, brothers Glen and Arnold Bolinger, and son Michael Allen. She was survived by her husband Jerry Allen of Tingley, Iowa; her sister Connie Bolinger and spouse Cindy Taylor of Johnston, Iowa; her brother David and spouse Bev of Warren, Michigan; her children Jeni and spouse Tony Hodgkins of Creston, Iowa; Chris and spouse Blaine Allen Creston, Iowa; her 7 grandchildren Cassandra Allen, Alexis Lasswell, Lydia Lasswell, Brianna Allen, Marcus Hodgkins, and Nathaniel Allen. She also had several nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
