Tammy K. Wood-Smith 53, of Des Moines passed away on September 26, 2015 at Johnston Mercy Hospice. Two memorial services are planned at this time. Born October 9, 1961 in Des Moines, and lived her life there, graduating high school to go on and attend Grandview College with her major graphic arts and design. Along with her passion for art, her love for family, came a love for horses, dogs, cats, '69 Chevelles and tough trucks. She is survived by: Amber Cowling, daughter, Nathan Hayden-Wood, son, Ariel, Trinity, Imagin, granddaughters, Draven grandson (born October 2, 2015). Sharon Reynolds, mother, Phillip Matthew, Tracy, Judy, Deb and Bob Reynolds, Bonnie Reinier, siblings. As well as many neices, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by her father and grandparents, as well as many family members. Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Memorial contributions may be directed to Johnston Mercy Hospice in her memory or to family. Celebrat Life Iowa has been entrusted with cremation care of Tammy.
