Sonny Nolan, 66, passed away on October 24, 2026, from complications of Alzheimer's disease. 

Beloved husband to Mary E. Nolan and many cherished children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. His passing came too fast for his beloved family, yet was expected. He also leaves behind two older brothers and their families, Gary Nolan of Waterloo, IA, and Bucky of Grundy Center, IA. 

Preceded in death by his parents, Ward and Viola, two stepsisters, and a stepbrother. 

His presence will be deeply missed by all. 

No more sorrow, no more pain.
