Scott Leevert Hudnutt, 52, peacefully passed away Saturday August 2nd. Scott was born in Oskaloosa, IA on September 4, 1961. He was the first born child of Layard and Loretta Hudnutt. Scott received his construction engineering degree from Iowa State University in 1988. He then married Edine DeLanghe in 1989, they resided in Madrid, IA. Scott was a loving father to his four children: Madison (24), Sydney (21), Levi (18), and Luke (16). Scott enjoyed coaching his children's activities, from soccer to baseball, football and basketball. Scott also enjoyed building on to their house, movies, bonfires, and watching thunderstorms roll through. Scott was preceded in death by his mother Loretta Hudnutt. He is survived by his father Layard, sister Terrinye, brother Tony, and his children Madison, Sydney, Levi, and Luke. Friends and Family are welcome to offer their condolences at Swede Point shelter house from 2:00-5:00 on Thursday, August 7th.
