Russell Roger Kisling passed away in his home March 25 in Melbourne, Iowa where he had lived since 1991. Russ was an Army veteran, a graduate of Hawkeye Technical College in Waterloo. He was a senior technician at the Postal Bulk Distribution Center in Des Moines for many years and became the founder of Marshallnet Internet in the 1990's. He was married to Valerie Spriggs and had no children. Russ was much loved by his four brothers. He will be interred at Miller Chapel Cemetery near Fairfield in a private ceremony.
