Lisa Kay Evans was born on May 22, 1965, in Charles City, Iowa to Jack and Betty (Knapp) Barrett. She was the youngest of 11 children in her family. Lisa worked at Winnebago for many years as a production worker. She completed many projects on the job. Lisa attended Trinity United Methodist Church as frequent as she could. She was a very happy, selfless person. Lisa could always be found smiling around family and friends. She was very fun company to keep with you and she was a very loving person. Everyone who knew her, liked her very much. Lisa was family oriented and was very adamant about spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her family meant the world to her, including her dogs, Soldier and Sarg; and her partner, Matt. Lisa enjoyed being comfortable, lounging and watching tv, while enjoying a sip of red wine when she could. She liked watching heartfelt, soap operas and shows on the Hallmark channel and "Heartland." Every now and then, she would watch cooking shows as well. Lisa kept active as she would have bonfires in the summers and go camping. She enjoyed being out in nature, as she would go for walks on the bike trails and tend to her flower garden. Lisa also frequented the farmers market when she could.
