Jack Stacy Bates Jr. died suddenly May 29, 2016. He is survived by his daughter Amanda R. Brenner, son-in-law Nathaniel J. Brenner, granddaughter Natalie E. Brenner, and grandson Christopher J. Brenner. Stacy loved to travel and had seen much of the world. One of his last weeks was spent in Ohio with his family. During his visit he was full of life, laughing, and chasing his grandchildren. His unexpected passing is a great loss. Stacy did not wish to have a service. He requested that all who would like to honor his life instead make a donation to the National Humane Society.
