Evelyn Ann Boehmer, 100 of Story City and formerly of Cleveland, Ohio passed away with her family by her side on Monday, April 13, 2015 at Bethany Life Communities in Story City. Per her wishes she will be cremated and a memorial service will be held in Arizona at a later date.
