Debra Ann (Harper) Snodgrass, 64, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa following a brief illness. Deb is survived by her husband James; children Dustin Kelley, Chad Kelley, and Chris Snodgrass; siblings Steve and Doug Harper. She was preceded in death by her parents Jim and Bonnie Harper. Deb worked for the Cedar Rapids School system prior to retiring in 2019. Deb enjoyed crocheting, reading, camping, and going to the casino. At Deb's request no services will be held. Memorials can be directed to the family.
