It is with great sadness that the family of Brent Hallett announces his passing on Monday, August 1, 2022, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022, from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Dorothy's Senior Center in Eldora, Iowa. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Brent was born on September 15, 1971, to Linda (Jones) and the late Allen Hallett. He married Jamie (luv bug) on February 16, 2008 and was a very loving husband. Brent was a loving father of Dillon, Megan, Chandler, and Emma. He was a loving brother to Mark (Donna) Hallett and the late Patrick Hallett. His greatest joys in his life were his wife Jamie, his 4 kids, his family, and his friends. Brent was happily employed by United Supplies/Winfield United for 26 years and he was a hard worker and loved his job. He also enjoyed working on cars, woodworking, camping, cooking with his wife, spending time with his brothers Mark and Patrick and family. Brent is survived by his wife Jamie Hallett; his children Dillon, Megan, Chandler, and Emma; his mom Linda Hallett; his brother Mark (Donna) Hallett; grandmother Janet Rasburg; his many nieces and nephews; and many close friends. He is preceded in death by his father Allen; brother Patrick, and his grandparents George and Ruby Hallett. Memorial contributions may be directed to his family.
