Obituary

Beverly Jeanine I (Brunk) Aviles passed away February 11, 2026 at The Madrid Home in Madrid, Ia. Formally of Liberty Missouri. In 2020 due to health Issues she went to live with her daughter Patti in Michigan, then in 2024 they moved to Ankeny Iowa. The daughter of William Earl Brunk and Eva May (White) Brunk, she was born in Davis County, Iowa on October 29, 1939. She attended the last few years of grade school at the one room school Jaybird Derby. Then she graduated in the class of 1957 from Lancaster High School. After graduation she went to Des Moines, Iowa to work. In 1959 she went to the sun shine state of California, to work and That is where she met the love of her life Joseph Patrick Aviles. They later moved to Michigan where Joe was from. Joe's job at the time took them to Kansas. Later they moved to Gladstone, Mo Beverly was preceded In death by her husband Joe Aviles in November , 1988, her father Earl Brunk March 1991, and her mother Eva Brunk April 1999 and her parents-in-law. Her two brothers, Billy Brunk February 2022,Edwin Brunk March 2022 and sister-in-law Maxine Brunk June 2024 and much loved son-in-law Rob Becke November 2023. Survivors include her daughter Patti Aviles of Ankney, Iowa. Jeffrey (Amanda) Aviles of Independence, Mo. Grandchildren Kasey, Patrick, Brianna, Carter Aviles and Austin Hayes, step grandchildren Jeremy and Angie Beauchamp. Three special great children Lily and Jalynn Aviles and Christian Lewis. Two sisters Betty (Jerry) Grogan of Kearney, Mo and Nancy (Frank) Mihalevich of Tampa, Fl and sister-in-law Rita Brunk Of Lancaster, Mo. Also her many nieces and nephews, the youngest niece Kara had a special place in her heart as well as her daughter Kaylor. Beverly loved spending time with her family in Lancaster, Mo. She also was ready help family where help was needed. She was always there to help her children and grandchildren, for many years she was their rock. Of course she wouldn't have had it any other way. She loved to have her family at her house on special occasions so she could cook a great meal, she loved cooking and baking cookies and cakes. Sometimes she would also do a great job decorating the cakes. After Beverly retired from her job in shipping and receiving at Midland, she went to work for Lillian And Jim Lyberger, cleaning new houses and some rental houses for a builder. It was a job that she truly enjoyed, and they had so much fun, was always laughing about something that had happened… The body has been cremated and grave side services will be at a later date
